California's workers' comp court, the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), holds hearings at 23 Division of Workers' Compensation district offices. Which office handles a case is based on ZIP code and venue rules (Labor Code §5501.5), usually where you live, where you were injured, or where your attorney's office is.
