Attorney advertising

Attorney advertising. CalCompGuide is not a law firm and is not a lawyer referral service. We do not give legal advice. Using this site or submitting a form does not create an attorney–client relationship. Participating attorneys pay to advertise.

  • CalCompGuide is an advertising service for attorneys licensed in California. It is not a law firm, does not practice law, and is not a certified lawyer referral service.
  • Participating attorneys pay an advertising fee. The fee is not a referral fee, is not shared from any legal fee, and does not depend on whether you hire an attorney or on the result of any case.
  • We don't evaluate your claim, recommend a particular attorney, or guarantee any result. Past results of any attorney don't guarantee a similar outcome.
  • No attorney on this site is described as a specialist unless certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
  • You are free to choose any attorney, including one not connected with this site, or to handle your claim yourself with help from the DWC Information & Assistance unit (1-800-736-7401).

No attorney–client relationship

Reading this site, using a calculator or submitting a form doesn't create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship forms only through a separate agreement between you and an attorney. Don't act or fail to act based on this site without talking to an attorney about your situation.

General information only
